Recent Cookie Orders

A few of the cookie requests I have worked on over the past two months.

Football cookies with camouflage jerseys:

Pinwheel Party:

Baby Shower:

Monster cookies:

The monster cookies were made for a baby boy shower with a little monster theme and I was given this adorable inspiration here. I was in love with the little guy using the carrot cookie cutter from Whisked Away Cutters and had to recreate. I also couldn't resist the green monster.

Next up - wedding cookies for Kaitlin and Mike's wedding! So excited to make these!

Peggy's Baby Shower

Peggy is having a baby!
And there was a shower to honor mommy-to-be and baby Giulianna. Peggy's sister, Arlyn, told me she wanted a banner and owls to go in the centerpieces then gave me free creative reign.

I fell in love with this adorable owl from Miss Kate Cuttables and after putting them together and adding the crystals I almost didn't want to part with them.

For the cookies, third time was the charm with the cookie cutters. The first one was too big, the second too small, but finally the third cutter arrived from Copper Gifts and was just right!

All wrapped up for shower favors:

I also made cake pops, cookie bars, and churros with raspberry sauce.

So much fun and I can't wait to meet Giulianna!!

Misc. Update

A few pictures to update different projects I have done for friends.

Football and cheerleader cookies:

These Chocolate Almond Clusters are a recipe courtesy of Giada (here) and are one of my friend Kendra's favorites. They were her only request for her bridal shower.

They have to be watched while in the oven once the carmel begins to bubble they have been overcooked and become hard rather than chewy.

But the final product makes a cute little treat.

30th Anniversary Party

Sarah asked me to create a dessert table for her parent's surprise 30th anniversary party. We've been friends for nearly 20 of those 30 years which is kind of crazy to think about. Naturally, I was more than willing to help out.

On the dessert table: vanilla cupcakes with buttercream frosting, carrot cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, fruit tarts, and homemade vanilla pudding.

And the cookies wrapped up as favors.

Sarah and her family are the best! Happy 30th Anniversary Chyre & Ken!
