Wendy's Bridal Shower

Wendy's bridal shower, theme: pink & black. 

Mini cupcakes with royal icing hearts, caramel cashew bars, and mini fruit cups. I'm in love with those HomeGoods cake plates with ribbon.

Wedding dress cookies using this adorable shaped cutter from Copper Gifts. We had a cookie decorating party the night before to get them all done. 

It was a fun afternoon and of course congratulations to Wendy!

Tiffany Blue Birthday Desserts

A friend of mine asked me to make desserts for her Tiffany blue themed birthday party. 

I used this recipe for Mini Cannoli Cups from Cooking with Sugar  

The mini cups are made by cutting out Pillsbury refrigerated pie crusts with 2-1/2 inch round cutters and baking in mini cupcake tins. So easy it makes me want to fill them with everything!

I love how easy this recipe was instead of making cannoli shells from scratch. 

I also made chocolate and the closest I could get to Tiffany blue cake pops with a little embellishments.
