A friend of mine asked me to make desserts for her Tiffany blue themed birthday party.
The mini cups are made by cutting out Pillsbury refrigerated pie crusts with 2-1/2 inch round cutters and baking in mini cupcake tins. So easy it makes me want to fill them with everything!
I love how easy this recipe was instead of making cannoli shells from scratch.
I also made chocolate and the closest I could get to Tiffany blue cake pops with a little embellishments.
While I was looking through the photos to post this one made me laugh so I had to share:
